Our aim is to streamline the online venue-booking process and make event planning a quick and a hassle free process by bringing standardization in the industry.

Description

VenueMonk is looking for a ground sales executive to smartly and effectively handle the events and assist the customer on field if required.. The workload for this position will be very dynamic and very fast paced.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the customer’s requirements and communicate them well to the venues accordingly.

- To be in constant touch with the vendors as well customers during events to understand the requirements and provide assistance in order to maintain a clear communication and a better customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales and marketing is a plus
- Fluency in spoken English and Hindi
- Ability to adhere to timelines and have an eye for detail
- Being proactive and willing to take on new challenges
- Flexibility to work for 8 hours depending upon the time of events
- Comfortable in working on any 6 days a week with 1 roaster off depending upon the schedule of events
- Zest for celebrating/partying would be a plus

Compensation: 3-4 LPA
