About the Role:
We are looking for someone to provide support for Trading and Processing Securities Process Suite clients, including working on overnight batch processes for our US-based Trading clients. This role may require working in shifts to meet client needs.

- We are the first point of contact for our clients, addressing software and infrastructure issues and understanding product behaviors.
- We operate on a follow-the-sun model, providing support around the clock to clients around the world.
- Our team consists of over 450 client-facing staff with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
- We use cutting-edge tools and data analysis to support our clients' business needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Providing support for clients in Trading and Processing Securities Process Suite
- Working on overnight batch processes for US-based Trading clients

What You Will Need:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support
- Strong understanding of Capital Market domain and financial products
- Experience with Unix, SQL, and scripting languages
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and resolve issues

Added Bonus if You Have:

- Knowledge of Java and messaging systems like MQ/AMQ
