**Your Role**:
As an Information Security Officer, you are responsible for maintaining information security in the organization by developing policies, security standards, risk analysis and training courses to address the security vulnerabilities, reducing the risk of data breaches and other security incidents.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Policies, standards, procedures and guidelines**:

- Creation, approval, communication, maintenance including version management, enforcement, and control of PSPG (policies, standards, procedures and guidelines) related to cyber
- & information security following ISO27001:2022 and regulations (GDPR, NIS2). A bi-yearly lifecycle must be foreseen.
- Providing material for the intranet cybersecurity portal.

**Information Security Management (ISMS)**:

- Setup and maintain the Envalior ISMS.
- Develop, propose and negotiate a Statement of Applicability.
- Identifying cyber
- & information security protection goals, objectives and metrics that are consistent with strategic plans and priorities of the CISO and the organization.
- Delivering strategic and tactical information security guidelines for projects (IT and non-IT).
- Provide regular (status/effectiveness/progress) dashboards to the CISO.
- Maintain a record of changes to the ISMS.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in information security, preferably in a manufacturing set up.
- Deep knowledge of ISO2700x.
- Broad experience in writing and implementing information security policies.
- Broad practical experience in setting up a policy framework and related ISMS.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Experience in development of (cyber/infosec) dashboards and senior management reporting.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC, or certified ISO27001 auditor is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English both in speaking and writing.
