**Your field of responsibility**

As a part of role, your responsibility includes:

- Senior Management Cyber and Information Technology risk reporting
- Preparing Cyber & IT risk material for the various risk management committee in APAC region.
- Collaborate with Country CISO for various regulatory reporting & Divisional/Country specific risk action items
- Driving Cyber and Information Security Training & Awareness to improve the cyber hygiene
- Review Information Security policies and standards
- Consolidate, Review, Analyze and Deliver security metric, dashboard, and KRIs to provide Holistic view of the regional security risk posture
- Collaborate with metric & control owner for various risk reporting and work with concerned stakeholders to drive remediation plan
- Drive global and regional CISO initiatives to enhance the cyber and information security controls for Credit Suisse
- Participate in Global Governance forum and communicate changes effectively to regional CISO
- Identifying, understanding all regulated and non-regulated risk related to IT & Cyber
- IT / IS Control mapping to regulatory compliance requirements as required
- Handling DLP remediation plans
- Ensuring compliance and governance is met
- Protecting the intellectual property of the organization at all times.

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) team is part of the first line of defense within Credit Suisse, whose mission is to ensure Information Security & Technology (IST) control objectives are set, effectiveness is measured, and residual risks are managed. CISO mandate is to protect and safeguard Credit Suisse’s environment while enabling technology advancements and alignment with business technology environment across all regions.

Our CISO APAC team is looking for an experienced Information Security Officer in Pune. Key responsibilities include risk reporting, cybersecurity governance, driving Cyber and Information Security Training & Awareness, managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) remediation plans, control mapping, and providing support to IT on matters relating to audit, regulatory, risk and corporate governance

**Your skills and experience**

To excel in this role, you should possess below:

- Total 10+ years of working experience with at least 3-5 years of proven Information and Cyber Security experience, preferable in the Banking or Financial industry
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous and organized
- Experience in automating reports preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Committed and determined self-starter and an excellent team-player
- Understanding of Information and Cyber Security regulations, e.g. MAS TRMG, HKMA C-RAF, etc
- A proven record of dealing with complex projects and meeting conflicting demands
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
