**Job Description**:
As a Credit Risk Strategy Analyst you will:

- Analyze credit decision processes
- Identify, measure and monitor credit abuse risk and fraud trends
- Explore new data solutions to help optimize strategy development
- Contribute to the data management infrastructure in support of risk strategy analytics, centered around credit abuse and fraud
- Contribute to the development of Risk Strategy policies and procedures
- Transform data into information, and convert information into actionable decision strategies
- Work closely with credit and fraud operations to align strategy, policy, and procedures between automated decisions and manual decisions
- Explore new data solutions to optimize model and strategy

Basic Requirements:

- Earning a Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline
- Experience with SAS or SQL
- Experience with one or more of the following would be an added bonus: Python, Java, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, Teradata, Hadoop/Hive, Oracle, JavaScript, Airflow, Linux, Perl, PHP
- Prior experience with one or more of the following would be an added bonus: machine learning techniques, such as Linear and Logistic Regression, Bayesian models, GLMs, SVM, LDA, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Neural Networks, Clustering, Time Series Analysis, Forecasting, Survival / Duration Analysis, or similar.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
