**Responsibilities**:

- Provide career and college entrance information and assistance to students, and parents and coordinate day-to-day operations.
- Helping clients create action plans for entrance exams and related college counselling processes.
- Preparing, organizing and maintaining clients’ reports and statistical summaries.
- Coordinate and organize the activities of after-sales to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.
- Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services.
- Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of job operations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ready to take up challenges with immediate effect and good dedication towards a given task.

**Skills**:

- Outstanding Interpersonal, Assessment and Communication skills.
- Proficiency in English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be an added advantage)
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fast learner and Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strategic Leadership Ability.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
