- Managing financial transactions (invoices, payments, and expenses)
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process
- Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Generating financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Liaising with external auditors and tax consultants
- Providing support during audits
- **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an accountant or in a relevant role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local taxation laws and regulations in Maharashtra
