- Perform sanctions screening testing for Trade Operations teams members.
- Ensure deviations are escalated to Senior management & Controls group as required by policy and procedures.
- Conducts testing of false positive dispositioning for Trade Operations team members. Ensure alert dispositions are performed as per applicable policies and procedures.
- Work as "First Line of Defense" to review all Trade controls and escalate for deviations.
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Remains current with all trade related rules, regulations and with internal compliance requirements.
- Keep abreast of the latest changes on the commercial law/government regulations

**Required Qualifications, US**:

- 10+ years of experience in Trade & Sanctions Screening (Transaction)
- Sound knowledge of anti-money laundering, OFAC, sanctions, and other regulatory laws, rules, and regulations
- Experience in screening and ability to identify red flags. Disposition alerts using a risk based approach
- Eye for detail, prioritization and time management
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with mínimal supervision

**Required Qualifications, International**:

- Experience in Trade Services, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications**:

- CDCS / CSDG
