Position - Admin Executive
Department - Operations
Experience - minimum 1 year (Freshers with excellent Communication can also apply)
Location - 4th floor, Bidla sons, Above Bank of Baroda, Near Elements Mall, Ajmer Rd, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019
**Job Responsibilities -**
1. Coordinate with guests and staff members to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
2. Act as a point of contact for all workplace-related inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to guests, staff, and office activities.
4. Implement efficient filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving issues within the assigned workplace.
6. Handle general inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Redirect calls to the appropriate personnel when necessary, ensuring effective communication.
8. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
**Qualifications**:
Fresher or Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in office software and communication tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
