**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Compliance**:

- Stay updated on changes in GST laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to GST guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
- **GST Planning and Optimization**:

- Analyze business transactions and provide guidance on GST implications and optimization opportunities.
- Identify potential GST savings and efficiencies through effective tax planning strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement GST-compliant processes and systems.
- **GST Advisory and Training**:

- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on GST compliance requirements and best practices.
- Address inquiries and provide timely responses to GST-related queries from internal teams.
- **GST Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of GST-related transactions, invoices, and documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation for GST audits and assessments, including responding to audit queries and requests.
- Implement processes for efficient record-keeping and document management related to GST compliance.
- **GST Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare periodic reports and analysis on GST compliance, liabilities, and credits.
- Monitor GST-related metrics and key performance indicators to track compliance and identify trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on GST data analysis to support decision-making.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in GST compliance, advisory, or taxation.

Experience working in a similar role within a reputable organization or accounting firm is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
