As an Infield Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities for our software solutions. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and effectively communicating how our software solutions can address their needs. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop tailored sales proposals and quotes based on the specific requirements and budgetary constraints of each prospect.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless integration of software solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to effectively position our software solutions in the marketplace.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling software solutions or technology products.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive to succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
