**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
- Address customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Share best practices and industry insights with the team.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role is preferred but not required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
