Front Office Assistant/ Receptionist

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Smart front office assistance [girl preferred].
- Telephones / EPABX handling, Visitors, Appointments, Task Diaries, Secretarial assistance to Executives, Mailing, Data entry, Dispatch, Filing, Housekeeping etc.
- Should be pleasant, amiable female, people friendly, good at communication.
- Be very systematic & organized. Must be fluent in English & Gujarati/Hindi + MS Office.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must have a Liberal, Left, Secular and Scientific Temper.
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Relevant experience of minimum 6 months in a professional Set-up.
- Preference to pleasant ladies with fluent and correct English.
**Miscellaneous**:
- For those with extra education and Secretarial experience extra compensation is possible.
- Must have left-secular and scientific temperament.
- Should join very soon.
**BENEFITS**:
- Compensation Range: 84,000 - 1,50,000 P.A.
- Subsidized accommodation and food may be considered
- Possibility of employment for the spouse exists.

Pay: ₹84,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
