**Responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets within the US market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up with leads to schedule meetings and product/service presentations.
- Utilize calling tools and maintain detailed records in spreadsheets.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports on progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with US ascent.
- Proven track record in tele calling or telemarketing, mandatorily in the US market.
- Persuasive and able to effectively convey our services.
- Good listening and probing skills to identify client needs.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and calling tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a different time zone.
- Prior experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus.

**Work Schedule**: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) 9.30PM to 6.30AM

**Benefits**: Paid sick Leave, Mediclaim, PF

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
