Legal Executive

**Note**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct legal analysis and research relevant to company matters.
- Provide legal advice on various issues, including compliance, disputes, employee NDA breaches, and contractual matters.
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents as needed.
- Review and interpret legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the formulation and resolution of disputes, including preparing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of legal clauses in company agreements and policies.
- Coordinate with local police stations and courts as needed for legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with senior advocates for consultations on complex legal issues when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Basic-level experience in the legal field, with a willingness to consult with senior advocates as required.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external legal professionals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
