The team is a well-diversified and consists of accountants & AVPs who work as SMEs for their allocated products. The team is led by a VP. The wider Group Finance Reporting consists of about 20-25 members and is led by 4 VPs and 4 Directors.

**Your skills and experience**

To excel in this role, you should possess below:

- Qualified accountant with a diploma/degree in accounting (equivalent to Chartered Accountancy of India) or an equivalent educational background
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience within banking in the fields of regulatory reporting or finance or an analytical area or in equivalent professions within the financial industry and/or an advisory firm
- Knowledge of international accounting GAAP (US GAAP/IFRS). Working knowledge IFRS reporting requirement is highly preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to foster consensus or challenging complex initiatives. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is important
- Excellent working knowledge of MS office tools (Power Point, Excel); knowledge of Hyperion or SMART view drills would be preferable
