**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Tech-savvy
- Knowledge of IT Technologies.
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Critical-thinking skills

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate professional sites, job sites
- Schedule and Conduct interviews
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team

**Working Hours**:10am - 7pm
**Salary**:10K - 15K
**Office Location**: 41 Sambhu Babu Lane, Anandapalit Road, Kolkata - 700014
**Landmark**: Mio Amore

**Immediate Joiners will be given preference**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
