Responsibilities:

Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Brand Management and Positioning:
Lead efforts to enhance and maintain the company's brand identity and positioning.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email
marketing, and content marketing.
Optimize the company's online presence to drive web traffic, generate leads, and
increase conversions.
Leverage data analytics to measure marketing performance and make data-driven
decisions.
Product Marketing:
Collaborate with product management teams to develop effective product marketing
strategies.
Create compelling product messaging and positioning to drive product adoption and
sales.
Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to support the sales team in their efforts.
Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and nurture leads
through the sales funnel.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and revenue
targets.
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and
retention.
Events and Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows to increase
brand exposure.
Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments for
optimal results.
Evaluate ROI on marketing activities and report outcomes to the executive team.
Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and
innovation.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring the achievement of individual
and team goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience 3 years in a senior marketing role within the IT industry,
demonstrating success in driving marketing strategies.
Deep understanding of the IT market landscape, including emerging trends and customer behavior.
Strong track record in brand management, digital marketing, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with
cross-functional teams and senior management.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the marketing
team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B marketing and/or enterprise software marketing.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies.
