Customer Service Junior Executive

**Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Maintain customer databases and document all interactions
- Assist in training new customer service representatives
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure
- Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
Pay: ₹182,468.70 - ₹400,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- freight forwarding: 2 years (preferred)
