**Role Definition**

Sales executive is responsible and accountable for the sale of Medical Equipments and consumables to the customers of Health Heal and other leads generated by the marketing team.

**Responsibility Deliverable**

Tele calling to the clients.

Conversion of leads.

Inventory Management.

Vendor Management.

Invoicing and reporting

**Tasks & Activities**

1) Tele Calling

a) Calling the existing Clients, understand the requirement, propose the right product at right price.

b) Follow up with the existing customers for the refilling of the consumables.

2) Conversion of the lead.

a) Convert the prospect the lead into the customer.

b) Understand the requirements of the customer, take assistance from clinical team if need be.

c) Coordinate the delivery of the product with delivery/field operations team.

3) Inventory Management.

a) Keeping the inventory tracking in line with the accounting software.

b) Recording of the inventory in the financial year end.

c) Reordering of the exhausted/near exhaust products.

4) Vendor Management

a) Identifying the suitable vendor to procure the product.

b) Vendor relationship management.

c) Negotiating the price and procuring the product on time with credit line.

5) Invoicing and reporting

a) The role requires the knowledge of e-invoicing in the counting software.

b) Purchase entries, invoicing, credit note, and debit note entries to be made in the software.

c) The invoice entries to be made in the internal MIS template.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 2 years (preferred)
