Legal Advisor

**Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure that all real estate transactions and operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- **Contract Review and Negotiation**: Review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential legal risks and liabilities associated with real estate transactions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- **Due Diligence**: Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence on properties and projects, including title searches, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
- **Legal Research**: Stay abreast of developments in real estate law and provide timely legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Handle disputes and legal issues that may arise during the course of real estate transactions, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation when necessary.
- **Client Advisory**: Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various real estate matters, including property rights, landlord-tenant disputes, and regulatory compliance.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure legal compliance and support business objectives.

**Requirements**:.
- 5 to 6 yrs of experience practicing real estate law, preferably with a focus on e.g., commercial real estate, residential transactions.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,053.46 - ₹30,391.19 per month
