Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 & a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive & super-broken market using our technology & processes.

Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited & Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel & Celesta Capital.

Role Overview

  • Alliances and Partnerships refer to strategic relationships between organizations that collaborate to achieve common goals, enhance capabilities, and create value that would be difficult to accomplish independently. These collaborations can take various forms and serve different purposes, including expanding market reach, sharing resources, co-developing products, or entering new markets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships: Identify potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals. Develop and nurture these relationships to create mutually beneficial alliances.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for alliances and partnerships. Ensure alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Negotiation and Deal Management: Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements. Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial contact through to contract signing and implementation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and legal to ensure successful partnership execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships. Use data to optimize and enhance the value of these relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnerships.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, performance, and outcomes for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure partnership performance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industry landscape and market dynamics relevant to our business.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
