**Job Title: Female General Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our team, with a focus on inclusivity and empowerment.

**Content Creation**: Develop engaging training materials, presentations, and resources that resonate with a diverse audience and promote a supportive learning culture.

**Facilitation**: Conduct inclusive training sessions using various instructional techniques, ensuring an environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.

**Skill Assessment**: Evaluate training program effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, ensuring programs meet the needs of all team members.

**Onboarding Support**: Contribute to the onboarding process, providing guidance and support to new hires, with a commitment to fostering a sense of belonging.

**Technology Integration**: Stay abreast of training trends and technologies, incorporating tools that enhance the learning experience for all team members.

**Documentation**: Maintain meticulous records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress, promoting transparency and accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, with a track record of fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Ability to adapt training styles to cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring all team members feel empowered to succeed.
- Proficiency in various training methodologies and tools, with a commitment to staying updated on industry best practices.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and other training technologies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
