Inside Sales Executive-female

We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Inside Sales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our office based in Dubai, UAE, who will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Employment visa will be provided
Job Responsibilities
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Creating and maintaining the database of prospect clients (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Working with sales team and coordinating meetings with potential clients
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Introduce the Product in various networks and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Follow up on leads and Sales closing.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
**Requirements**:
Proven sales experience of 2-3 years with IT product / services company preferably in Analytics, CRM, ERP, enterprise solutions
Ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Strong listening and sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In-depth understanding of company products, competitor products and industry
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
Experience in IT SAAS Products & ERP Solutions.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Software sales: 1 year (preferred)
