**Role Overview**:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to create user-centered designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed user expectations. You will be responsible for designing interfaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and user-friendly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- Develop a consistent design language and ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across different platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs, ensuring a pixel-perfect execution of the user interface.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into elegant and intuitive designs.
- Knowledge of responsive design and the ability to create designs that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively to address design challenges.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus but not required.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with motion design and creating animations to enhance user interactions.
- Familiarity with user research techniques, usability testing, and user persona development.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure inclusive design practices.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
