- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences.- Work with team to create UI designs, prototypes, information architecture documents, intuitive app flows and use case testing for design validation
- UX creation, documentation, execution, validation and UI implementation.
- Involvement in all phases of project lifecycle including requirements gathering,user analysis, IA,UI design, testing and implementation
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Implement the strategy, planning and execution of UX and UI related design activities.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Plan and implement new designs
- Create design options for Products UI/UX, Marketing and Print Materials.
- Create Mockups for the products and any new development activities.

**Additional Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail.
- Keep up with and educate the team about new or changing web and app creative trends and technologies
- Maintain strong working relationship across all teams to ensure success of product initiatives.
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
- Knowledge of industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Adobe); Adobe Illustratror and other adobe tools
- Fluent in user-centered design best practices
- Knowledge of modern UX and UI principles.
- Knowledge of mockup and design software.
- Key player in developing and advancing brand strategies across the company**Requirements**:

- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.- Demonstrates the highest levels of integrity.
- A high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability
