Export Documentation Executive

**Export Documentation**:
- Prepare and verify all necessary export documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents to arrange shipments.
- **Back Office Operations**:
- Maintain detailed records of all export transactions.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle all documentation related to letters of credit, bank drafts, and other payment terms.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, finance) to ensure alignment on export activities.
- Communicate with international clients and partners to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to export documentation.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of export documentation and processes to ensure compliance.
- Generate and submit reports on export activities and performance to management.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities to streamline export processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices for export documentation and operations.
