Strategic Partnership Representative

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Recent college graduates or final year students from a university or college are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Understanding and knowledge of data mining, lead generation, and client engagement is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism.
**PREFERRED SKILLS**:
- Understanding and knowledge of the IT services or software industry.
- Familiarity with various data mining tools and techniques.
- Knowledge in a pre-sales or sales support role is a plus.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Data Mining and Lead Generation**:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients from various sources such as databases, social media platforms, industry reports, and online directories.
- Collect and organize contact information and other relevant details of potential clients.
- Create and manage a pipeline of leads to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.
- **Client Engagement and Pre-Sales Coordination**:
- Establish initial communication with potential clients to introduce our company and services.
- Schedule and conduct video calls to provide company induction, presentations, and initial discussions of client requirements.
- Gather detailed information about potential client needs and project requirements during initial discussions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead status.
- **Collaboration**:
- Pass qualified leads and detailed client information to the Head of Business Strategy and Partnerships for further engagement and closing.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
- **Reporting**:
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, client interactions, and conversion rates to the Head of Business Strategy and Partnerships.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different lead generation and client engagement strategies.
