**Business Development Executive (In-Office)**

Adirekha Ayurveda Pvt Ltd. is a leading organisation in the field of Ayurvedic healthcare. As a Business Development Executive at Adirekha Ayurveda, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth and expanding our customer base through effective business development strategies. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with strong sales skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

**Job Title** - Business Development Executive-In Office

**Years of Experience** - 3+ years

**Work Location** - Trivandrum

**Compensation** - Best in the industry

**Qualification** - Degree in Business, marketing or related field

**No field work involved.**

**Job Responsibilities-**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to provide updates on business development activities and outcomes.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Effectively present our comprehensive range of programs and offerings to prospects.
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions

**Job Requirements -**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
