Purpose
The main purpose of Shipment Information Center Coordinator is to determine the physical position of the goods and update the information into the software. This will enable to determine exact status of the consignment.
The Dispatch role in the Shipment Information Center Coordinator assists in retrieving information from our carrier partners in the field. This role is critical to our business relationships with customers and carrier partners where the coordinator will have to pay attention to details and asking qualifying questions regarding the logistics process and status of pickup or delivery of load with a carrier to gain success in this role.

**Job Requirements**:
Graduation required.
Good English communication skills
Strong zeal to learn & work in a fast-paced & energetic environment
Ability to manage work under pressure
Geographic awareness about USA
Basic computer & MS Office skills

**Responsibilities**:
Communicate with Carriers (Truck Drivers) in USA
Acquire updates including pick-up/delivery timelines
Confirm Check in / Check out time.
Update the information in the software.
Working only in the assigned US region.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATONS, & LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
