**Purpose**:
The main purpose of Shipment Information Center Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to monitor the whole planning board and making sure that the loads are updated properly in the Software. SME will delegate the responsibilities to the other team members and will take care of all the carrier related issues.
**Job Requirements**:
Graduation required.
Good English communication skills
Strong zeal to learn & work in a fast-paced & energetic environment
Ability to manage work under pressure
Geographic awareness about USA
Basic computer & MS Office skills

**Responsibilities**:
Communicate with Carriers (Truck Drivers) in USA
Acquire updates including pick-up/delivery timelines
Confirm Check in / Check out time.
Update the information in the software.
Working in all the regions.
Escalating any delays at pickup/deliveries to KAMs and CSRs through all channels.
Communicating with carriers regarding any issues and providing them with solutions.
Monitoring complete planning board, making sure all the loads are updated timely.
Removing the fell-off carriers from the orders and putting the loads back to available.
Imaging the paperwork in the Software.
Issuing the com-check for Lumper Advance and imaging the receipts.
Training new members in the team.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATONS, & LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED.
