**Position: Sales Manager**

As the Sales Manager at Tharakans Group, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our continued success in the real estate market. We are looking for a vibrant and dedicated individual who can stay updated with market trends, devise innovative sales strategies, and establish lasting connections with clients and channel partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Showcase our real estate properties to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective buyers.
- Stay current with market trends and propose strategies for increased sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A keen understanding of the real estate market in Bangalore.
- Loyalty and dedication to the company's mission and values.
- Ability to innovate and drive sales growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:
