Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to new and existing clients to generate leads, address customer grievances, and

ensure customer retention.
- Compile and maintain daily lists of leads, and regularly update the sales team on the status of leads.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities by leveraging networking and social media platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by staying connected with customers, addressing their queries and

concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team and customers throughout the sales process, providing necessary support and

information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and operations, to resolve customer issues and

ensure smooth post-sales processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the

CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively address customer needs and

maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention

and lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer handling, customer support, grievance handling,

customer retention, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and interact with

customers professionally.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively address customer needs and resolve

issues.
- Professionalism and strong work ethics, including punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide

effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
