- Well versed with basic documentation and accounting processes.
- Basic knowledge of petty cash management and bank work/ Reconciliation.
- Hands-on Usage skills of Microsoft Excel and word.
- Good at English communication and conversation skills.
- Maintaining and filing records of all transactions and agreements
- Must be able to follow-up with clients for outstanding payments.
- Managing Tax Compliances with accurate GST returns, TDS returns.
- Maintain records of payables, receivables, expenses with accuracy and further completing Month end
activity along with correct reporting of revenue generations and losses in revenue Generations.
- Planning of Managing Accounts Payable as per projected data and credit terms.
- Maintaining and Reconciling Books of Accounts & Month end activity along with books closure for
periodical finalization.
- Preparing and maintaining Books of Accounts Month end reporting for Finalization on
monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Managing Control to perform accounting process verifying Expense Booking (Cost center wise), Receipt
& Payment Voucher entries daily.
- Compliance and file PF & PT returns.
- Recording of Purchase entries Local & Import.
- Verify & Approve Travelling expense vouchers of Sales Executives.
- Timely filing of returns & payments of P.T. & P.F.
- Be able to coordinate with the CA.
- Verification & reconciliation Account statement.

Location: A-39,Royal Industrial Estate,Naigaum Cross Road,Wadala,Mumbai-400031

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
