**Experience with optimizing supply chain operations, managing inventory levels, and developing and implementing logistics strategies**

**Team leadership**:
**Experience managing and motivating teams of leaders, and mentoring and training team members as well as ability to handle 4 to 5 DC**

**Operational planning**

**Experience with creating contingency plans, driving initiatives to boost quality and safety, and collaborating on operational planning**

**Communication and collaboration**

**Experience with effective communication and the ability to work cohesively across departments**

**Problem-solving**

**Accomplishments: Experience with reducing lead times, optimizing inventory levels, and successful crisis management**
