**Role and Responsibilities**:
The Sales and Operational Executive will play a key role in supporting the operations team in various activities related to sales and inventory management. The main responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Operations team with code creation, timely deliveries from suppliers, manual indents for emergency supplies, batch/MRP issues, substitution, service recovery, inventory norms, etc.
- Coordinating with suppliers for master corrections, contract mapping, schedule mapping, on-time delivery, good fill rate, reverse logistics, etc.
- Monitoring VDC operations of free goods and central purchase distribution.
- Closely monitoring auto indents, on-shelf availability, fill rates, supplier NS items, manual indents, outside purchases, etc., on a daily basis.
- Preparing various reports related to inventory and submitting them to the Region Head Operations and HO Inventory.
- Experience and/or knowledge and understanding of retail sales operations.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven presentation and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of an ERP system.
- Attention to detail and the ability to think outside of the box, analyze, and resolve problems.
- Capability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within a larger team-oriented environment.
