Location: Wayanad
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Chinese dishes, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
- Cook and plate Chinese dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Ensure all food products are stored, handled, and prepared safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and innovation within the Chinese cuisine section.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or sous chef.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience working as a Commi or in a similar role, preferably specializing in Chinese cuisine.
- Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
