**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- To check and receive purchased materials and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
- To Make GRN in SAP System of daily basis
- Forwarding of all invoices to Accounts dept for further processing.
- To reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required.
- To issue materials only in required quantities against authorised requisition notes/material lists.
- To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals
- Follow up with the purchase department for Revise Bills from Vendor
- To follow the FIFO policy in issue of material.
- To ensure cleanliness of the Store Dept. and maintain necessary schedule.
- Co-ordinate with accounts dept to maintain necessary audit report.
- Manage the team (Support working) at store dept. i.e. leave approval etc.
