**Responsibilities**:

- Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management tools, with expertise in Okta, SailPoint, PING Identity, CyberArk, SiteMinder, Forge Rock, Oracle Access Manager and Oracle Identity Manager, Beyond Trust, Saviynt, Active Directory Federation Services, ForeFront Identity Manager, Microsoft Identity Manager, One Identity, RSA, NetIQ, Auth0, Key Clock, IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, Ping Federate, Ping Access, Ping One, Apigee.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux server environments, including system administration and security principles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Relevant certifications in IAM technologies (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, Ping Certified Administrator, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions, as required.
- Preparing training material.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator in a professional training environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring others.
- Relevant certifications in IAM (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles, preferences, and skill levels among students.
- A willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training engagements (if applicable).

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
