Job Summary:
As a Field Sales B2B Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment. Your primary objective will be to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and promote products or services that align with their requirements. You will be working in the field, visiting client sites, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect for potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to effectively position and promote products or services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, track progress, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact.
Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients, aligning the offerings with their specific requirements.
Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contract agreements to secure new business deals.
Follow sales processes and timelines, ensuring accurate and timely completion of sales documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new clients.

Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and offerings.

Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement: Track and report sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and revenue targets.
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for achieving targets.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
