Purpose/Mission
This role is responsible to meet or exceed Retail Sales KPIs, Comp Growth against planned Budgets of Franchisee run Mono brand stores. This person will also be responsible to drive commercial success and strengthen retail execution in assigned stores.- Key Responsibilities
Functional:
- To ensure proper execution of established policies, procedure, initiatives and directives regarding store operation, visual merchandizing, staff training and in-store marketing store activation
- To ensure all stores commercial success
- To support front Retail forces via Store operation excellence programs to ensure increasing stores’ productivity and profitability.
- To ensure all stores comply Global Visual Merchandising standard and guideline.
- Identify and communicate Market needs and best practices.
- To visit Retail & Franchise stores on regular basis to ensure Net Sales productivity, Retail KPIs, Visual Merchandising, Re-order enforcement, etc.
- To set objectives, strategies, tactics, allocate resources and ensure translation into action plans respecting the framework set by the customer portfolio strategies for Own Retail & Franchise doors.
- Controlling;
- To measure progress on own KPIs
- To report to Area Retail Manager
- To review and take action on all MIS reports
- To monitor and report on stores and competitors Sales and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions
- To provide realistic plans and forecasts on store performances
- KPIs
- Retail Sales, KPIs, Comp Growth of the Cluster against planned Budgets of own managed stores ( 12 - 15 stores )
- Store Operations Excellence : Store Audits
- Managing staff motivation/incentives and productivity, Comp growth in staff productivity - avg sales / month/year
- Motivate and engage with the Store managers and the Retail associates on a day to day basis to drive the best from them
- Work closely with the respective OR store managers to implement best practices.
- Work closely with the Partner and Partners team to implement best practices.
- To closely monitor merchandise movements, re-fills, re-orders in respective Own Retail stores.
- To closely monitor merchandise movements and propose stock transfers/reorders to the partner.
- To work closely with the Merchandising/Visual Merchandising/Training and the COE teams and implement the guidelines received.
- To Train and Develop the Store managers/Retail associates which will ensure profitable and well managed stores for both Own Retail & FR doors.
- Professional background:
- Functional: > 2-4 years in retail
- Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/footwear
- Leadership: NA
- Exposure: Sports
- Educational Background:
- University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
- IT and Language skills:
- Outlook: basic
- Word: basic
- Excel: advanced
- PowerPoint: advanced
- English: basic
- Local language: Fluent
