Job Description: CNC Router and Laser Machine Operator

**Position**: CNC Router and Laser Machine Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC routers for cutting and shaping wood and MDF.
- Set up and operate laser machines for cutting and engraving acrylic materials.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters to achieve desired results.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Program CNC routers and laser machines using appropriate software.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and quality.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC routers and laser machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to prevent production delays.
- **Material Handling**:

- Select and load appropriate materials for each job.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating CNC routers and laser machines, preferably in a manufacturing or signage environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

**Contract and Working Conditions**:

- **Minimum 3-year work contract.**:

- Full-time position with possible overtime based on production needs.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
