Mis Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop MIS reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement data validation and quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Automate routine tasks and processes using advanced Excel and Google Sheets functionalities (e.g., macros, formulas, scripts) to improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and techniques to enhance data literacy across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in MIS, data analytics, and visualization tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an MIS Specialist or similar role, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including expertise in data manipulation, formula creation, pivot tables, and macros.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL querying skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
