• Minimize stock ageing, increase inventory turns, stock analysis, stock replenishment

Planogram management, design bank management, MIS reporting

Supplier relationship management - secure favourable terms, pricing, and exclusive products

Product selection, vendor assessment, quality assessment, and minimizing returns

New collection creation, coordinating with designers

Monitor pricing and developments of competitors

Photography management, in-store display management
