Wikilabs is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our remote team. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
8. **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

9. **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

10. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals across various technical roles and levels.

6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
