The Inside Sales Representative in the education industry plays a crucial role in driving student enrolments, revenue growth, and institutional success by effectively engaging with prospective students and parents, providing personalized guidance and support, and facilitating the enrolment process through consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

**Job Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Qualification**: Min Bachelor Degree

**Experience**: Minimum 1 Years - 3 years of EdTech/IT/Corporate/Institutions etc

**Job Timing**: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm

**Roles and Responsibility**
- Utilize databases, leads lists, and marketing campaigns to conduct outbound calls to potential students, parents, or educational institutions to generate interest in educational programs, courses, or services offered by the institution
- Explaining company services and products
- Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads to address any additional questions or concerns
- Setting up / Coordinating Business conference calls
- Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information on lead interactions, status updates

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
