**Job Title**: Executive-Inside Sales
**Location**:Noida

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintaining the Lead Management System on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Produce high-quality e
- Build and maintain outbound campaign calendar and written guidelines. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective outbound mail campaign calendar.
- Measure and report performance of all outbound campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs, MQLs, SQLs). Continuously measure and improve campaign performance; create reports leveraging HubSpot and other tools.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the inbound requests and outbound campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create ABM campaigns on different platforms.
- Stay informed on product updates and include the same in respective communication through outbound campaigns.
- Understand the business needs and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Educate the prospect of the product and create an interest among them.

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2-5 proven working experience in inside sales/ sales/ lead generation team from BFS domain and/or industry only.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of CRM tools (e.g.,Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
