**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Support daily operations by managing and processing customer service requests related to mortgage and consumer lending.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and track key performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer inquiries and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage workflow to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving individual and team performance targets.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and report generation.
- Have experience in customer service within the mortgage and consumer lending sectors.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Certifications Required**

Certification in MS Excel or related field is preferred.
