Position: Texturing Artist
**Experience**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and imaginative Texturing Artist with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative team. As a Texturing Artist, your in-depth knowledge of the PBR (Physically Based Rendering) pipeline, proficiency in Substance Painter, and familiarity with AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) technologies will be integral in bringing our digital assets to life and creating captivating visual experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the art and design teams to comprehend project requirements and artistic visions.
- Craft high-quality textures and materials that enhance the realism and visual appeal of characters, environments, objects, and props.
- Implement textures following the PBR pipeline to ensure accurate material representation across varying lighting conditions and environments.
- Leverage Substance Painter to create intricate textures and materials, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and artistic finesse.
- Adapt textures for optimal performance and visual quality on AR and VR platforms, considering real-time rendering constraints.
- Contribute to the visual direction of projects, aligning texturing techniques with the desired stylistic and atmospheric goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in texturing technology, and emerging techniques to continually elevate your work's quality.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve texturing challenges encountered during the production process.
- Participate in refining and enhancing the texturing pipeline and workflows, drawing from your practical experience.

**Requirements**:

- A portfolio showcasing your 2-3 years of experience in creating textures for diverse assets.
- Proficiency in the **PBR pipeline**, including a **solid understanding of albedo, roughness, metallic, and normal maps.**:

- Demonstrable skill in using Substance Painter to create intricate textures, materials, and masks.
- **Familiarity with AR and VR technologies, adapting textures** to suit various platforms and devices.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for realism, texture consistency, and visual finesse.
- Effective communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to adhere to project timelines and perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility in adapting texturing techniques to align with varying visual styles and project requirements.
