What you’ll do at Ather:

- Coordinate with functional, cross functional within Ather & vendors and get the monthly MIS report of contractors by 25th of every month.
- Use the compliance software tool, plan the activities and update the tasks within the due date.
- Conduct quarterly vendor audits, coordinate with respective spoc’s within Ather and service providers and ensure 100% participation of all vendors. Validation of reports, follow up for non compliance tasks and ensure 100% score to all vendors share the final reports to Compliance Manager.
- Repository of vendor compliance documents on a regular basis and maintain the database at all times.
- Regular upkeep of notice boards with necessary statutory displays across all Ather locations.
- Maintain the license tracker & plan for amendment/ renewal of licenses within the due date.
- Maintain location wise contractor list with headcount database on a monthly basis and plan for required license amendments.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure valid contractor licenses to for eligible contractors at Ather locations.
- Maintain the compliance tracker, coordinate with service providers and ensure the returns filing within the due date for all Ather locations.
- Coordinate and regular follow up with Service Provider to ensure compliance activities on time.
- Non-compliance alert to Compliance lead on a daily basis and MIS report on monthly basis.
- Any other works entrusted by compliance lead.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Good knowledge on MS office, Google sheet
- Able to maintain and manage documents and tracker
- Willing to work in shifts and travel to Ather branches
- Communication skills - written and spoken, in both English, Tamil and Kannada.

You bring to Ather:

- Eligibility criteria - Any Degree, preferably MWS in HR specialization.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience
